Buying Modular Homes

Modular Housing refers to homes that are built in “Modules” in a factory and then delivery to a site to be assembled into the completed home. Modular Homes ARE NOT manufactured homes, modular homes are build to normal building codes and are built as well if not better than any frame house. They are considered regular single family homes by most lenders and local municipalities.
